Hello, I'm Ted Frigillana - AKA Mr. Frig,
I have dedicated my life to help young people through my love of education, use of humor, character building, and motivation. After a devastating and debilitating disease nearly took my life as a young adult, I communicate to my students to see the big picture, to not take things for granted, and to look past the “small stuff.”
Named “Most Outstanding Senior” of New Mexico State University in 2005, I have been featured in US News and World Report, have run for local government, and after meeting Dan Quayle, had him autograph a potato(e).
A proud and self proclaimed nerd, I love my family and friends, playing trivia games, and playing my guitar and viola.
Most importantly, I am the proud dad to Grant.
